Terms & Conditions for jitaaci

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jitaaci website — including its casino games, sports betting markets, payment systems, promotional features, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jitaaci (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of jitaaci and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of jitaaci following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of their location, including players accessing jitaaci from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other cities and districts across Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of jitaaci is lawful in their jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use jitaaci, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jitaaci on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on jitaaci.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jitaaci or any affiliated platform.
• You are accessing jitaaci voluntarily and understand that gambling carries financial risk.
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.

Age Verification

jitaaci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including during registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at random intervals during the life of your account. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by jitaaci support will result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

Any winnings generated during a period when your age has not yet been verified may be withheld pending completion of the verification process. In cases where a player is found to be under 18, all deposits will be returned (minus any withdrawals already made) and any winnings will be forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of jitaaci — including placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as requested during the sign-up process.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on jitaaci. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. If jitaaci identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identification document, or any other indicator), all duplicate accounts will be closed, pending bonuses will be cancelled, and winnings generated through the duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address — is accurate and truthful. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date; please contact support@jitaaci if your contact details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaaci username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jitaaci will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jitaaci immediately at support@jitaaci.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jitaaci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. No other payment methods are currently accepted on jitaaci.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on jitaaci is ৳200. There is no upper limit specified; however, jitaaci reserves the right to apply transaction limits on any account at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jitaaci account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile financial service provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take slightly longer depending on your card issuer.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds using a payment account belonging to another individual is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a fraudulent transaction. jitaaci reserves the right to request documentary proof that a payment method is owned by the account holder before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jitaaci are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests held pending the submission and review of appropriate identification documents. jitaaci aims to process verified withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within one hour during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.
• jitaaci reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Pending bonuses or active wagering requirements may delay withdrawal processing until requirements are met.
• jitaaci is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile financial service provider, or any third-party payment processor.
• Withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. No currency conversion service is offered by jitaaci.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Eligibility for Bonuses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses on jitaaci are available only to players who have completed account registration and identity verification. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be claimed by players who are acting as agents or on behalf of another person.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jitaaci are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly marked as "no wagering" in the promotion description. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be turned over in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 would require ৳30,000 in eligible bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
• Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the specified time period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets above the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

jitaaci uses automated and manual monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies (such as betting on multiple outcomes simultaneously) to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; and any other activity that jitaaci determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system rather than engage in genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, jitaaci reserves the right to cancel the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on jitaaci are operated and managed by their respective third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Random Number Generators

All slot games, table games, and other non-live casino titles available on jitaaci use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Sports Betting

In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your account balance.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome or completion of a game round or bet, jitaaci reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. jitaaci will not be liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jitaaci. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using jitaaci for any money laundering activity or to transfer funds between payment accounts without genuine gaming activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with jitaaci's games, betting markets, or payment systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in jitaaci's platform to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to support@jitaaci immediately.
• Attempting to manipulate or interfere with the outcomes of any game or sporting event available on jitaaci.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter through jitaaci's customer support process.
• Using jitaaci in a way that is contrary to applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jitaaci staff, customer support agents, or other players.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

jitaaci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in jitaaci's reasonable judgement, the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if jitaaci is required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their jitaaci account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at support@jitaaci. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that you have read the responsible gaming information available at jitaaci/responsible-gaming. Self-exclusion requests, which prevent re-registration for an extended period, can also be initiated through the support team.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to identity verification and provided that no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance. Bonus balances and free spin winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. jitaaci will retain transaction records and personal data for the period required by applicable law following account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaaci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of jitaaci, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. jitaaci's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jitaaci is incorporated as an offshore platform. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through jitaaci's internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
